here's a sneak peek into what you can expect:

A well rounded program hitting foundational aspects of athletics:

Each week we will cover a different foundational concept including: stability, sprint mechanics, agility and explosiveness. For each concept, we will have a technique portion of class where the athletes learn the steps and then an integration portion of class for the athletes to take the concept and apply it to their sport specific movements.

Relearn how to warm-up​:

Our program coaches will teach your athletes new ways to warm up that incorporate not only ensuring their muscles and joints are warm, but also their nervous system.

ATHLETE'S EDGE

Injury Prevention and Management:

Injuries are a part of an athlete's journey, but they don't have to derail your progress. Our experienced physical therapists and strength coaches will share valuable insights on injury prevention techniques, including warm-up routines, stretching exercises, and recovery strategies. You'll also learn how to identify warning signs and manage common sports-related injuries effectively.

Interactive Workshops and Hands-On Training:

Our workshop isn't just about theory; it's about practical application. Engage in interactive sessions where you'll participate in hands-on training, including workout sessions, injury prevention drills, and nutrition planning exercises. These activities will help you translate knowledge into action and make immediate improvements in your athletic journey.

I wished for finding a personal trainer who was also a physical therapist. My wish came true with Jacob. The workouts are great. He pushes me in ways that make me stronger, but never so hard that it causes injury. In fact, he will address any pain I may have with a therapeutic approach. The pain I previously felt in my joints is now practically gone. Most of the time I don't feel any pain at all. Plus, I am now walking 2-3 miles per day. I have more endurance for hiking and exploring. It has been great! I look forward to continuing to get stronger and more fit."
