The Quarterly Performance Reset & Planning Lab is a small-group workshop where we:

  • Set clear 90-day goals (strength, mobility, and recovery)
  • Run neurology-informed testing (vision, vestibular/balance, mobility, breathing)
  • Use your results to select drills that actually move your numbers
  • Build your next 90-day plan with clear next steps



This is the first time we’re offering it, and we’re keeping it intentionally small so it stays high-touch.
