    Consistency is key. 


    Each exercise is demonstrated in the videos linked below. Please watch these videos before starting the program to ensure you're performing the exercises with the correct form.

  • Homework

    Femoral Nerve Glide: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform 10-15 reps, 3x/day


    Sciatic Nerve Glide: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform 10-15 reps, 3x/day


    Peroneal Nerve Glide: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform 10-15 reps, 3x/day


    Windshield Wipers: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform for 30 seconds, 3x/day


    Pelvic Tilts: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform for 30 seconds, 3x/day


    Supine Twist: Perform exercise as shown in video; perform for 30 seconds, 3x/day


  • XMas Workout

    Here is a workout that should take no more than 30 minutes to complete and can be done with minimal equipment.


    Monster Walks: Perform exercise as shown in video, 45-90 seconds per set, 3 sets


    Squat: Perform exercise as shown in video with or without a weight, 45-90 seconds per set, 3 sets


    Lateral Delt Raise - Banded: Perform exercise as shown in video, 45-90 seconds per set, 3 sets


    Band Pull Apart: Perform exercise as shown in video, 45-90 seconds per set, 3 sets


    Boat Sit: Perform exercise as shown in video, 60 seconds per set, 3 sets
